Architectural House Plans and Land Considerations

There are two approaches to architectural design. The most popular is the 'inside-out' approach although it's not the most reasonable method. This is where the one designing the home will take into consideration the rooms his or her client wants and arranges them into a floor plan layout. Then once the home is designed, they try to find a lot or plot of property to fit the plan. This method sometimes causes the prospective home owner and their designer to alter the plan, adding work and extra time needed to complete the finished drawings.

The best method by far is to design the home into the shape of the property or the outside-in approach. This way you wind up with a what you see is what you get (wysiwyg) method with very few surprises and less alteration of the plan making less headaches to the design process.

So in essence, a house shouldn't be totally designed from the inside out but rather with the property constraints in mind. Once this is done it is far easier to get the home you desire on the piece of land you prefer.

Placing A Message Board On Your ArticleMS Directory

A message board can be a powerful tool for article writers and for the webmasters who are running article directories. The process is quite simple actually. It uses a process called I-Frames where basically a browsing window is placed on your HTML page inside of ArticleMS.

First thing you need to do is to go into the Admin section of your directory and select "Settings" from the top menu. Go to the "Global Settings" page which should be the first one to pop up on your browser and look for the selection "Use WYSIWYG (Admin Panel)". This box should be unchecked and then click the "Update" button.

Then choose "Pages" from your top menu. Click "Create new page" and name it Forum or Message Board. Then copy and paste the following code into the "Content" section of the Edit Page form.

Click Here To Get The Code:

Where you see the URL for my board, "http://101info.org/discussions/", place your message boards URL. Or better yet, leave mine there and we can share the board. The More the Better. If you leave my board in the I-Frame, just send me an email to let me know and I'll add your website to the list who is hosting it. That in effect will give you more exposure and a quality back link to your site. Also place this article somewhere on your website for others to share.

This may work on other Article Directory programs but as of yet I haven't given that a try. ArticleMS is the only one I know that it works on.

Enjoy.
