Drafting for the Home Builder

Time is precious for a residential contractor. If they aren’t meeting with clients, picking up materials for a job site, going hands on with the construction of a new home, working out logistics to send crews to different jobs, etc. etc. etc., they’re trying to get free time to draw the house plans for a client.

Some contractors hire an in house draftsman to take care of all the fine details of their plans. To me, that’s great… I’m a draftsman also and love that my colleagues are employed. But the facts are that a draftsman is a major overhead in some construction offices. Especially those who are starting a new construction company.

The alternatives are hiring designers and drafters to handle the task. It’s a good solution but it can be pricey. I’m offering a solution to that problem.

My name is Tim Davis. I’m a fully trained architectural drafter who has decades of experience. But now I’m drawing from home and have very little overhead. My prices are lower than most of the competition and there is no lack in the quality of my work.

Please go to http://drafting101.com to check out samples of my work and the price table of my prices. You’ll be surprised how much you can save using my services.
